Weekend (Fri/Sat/Sun) rate: $122.10 per day
Weekday (Mon/Tue/Wed/Thur) rate: $94.35 per day
Room rates shown include all applicable taxes
Deposit of one night's stay is required with reservation. Balance to be paid upon arrival.
Refund of deposit (less $25 handling fee) with seven day notice of cancellation.
We accept cash, money order, travelers checks or personal checks.

From I-4:
Exit at Sanford onto SR46 westbound (Mount Dora is approximately 16 miles). Proceed west under the 441 overpass to Highland Avenue (Stop light), turn right. Proceed north to 5th Avenue (Stop light) and turn right. Continue east on 5th to Simpson Street (Stop sign), continue slowly past Simpson Street as the Garden Cottage Bed and Breakfast is the second house on the right immediately past Simpson Street.
From Hwy. 441:
Exit onto SR46 westbound. Then follow the directions above.
From Florida Turnpike:
Exit onto Toll Road 429 northbound. Exit at Hwy. 441 and follow directions above.
From I-75:
Exit at Wildwood and go east on Hwy. 44 through Leesburg. Turn right (southbound) onto Hwy. 441 and follow directions above.
